Attendance policies

Cliques, rumors, rampant immaturity, poor communication among staff and students; it’s high school all over again here, but one academic feature in particular has stuck out to me over the years: attendance policies.
High school attendance is required by law, until a certain age at least, so I understand the need for enduring all those daily roll calls. But in college, too? Really?

Today people will tell you that stock market investing is the equivalent of throwing your money into a black hole. I’m here to tell you that it isn’t and that you could actually multiply your money.
With the market at an all-time low, it’s easy to see where people get the misconception that investing is a bad idea. However, there are many golden eggs hidden in the vast jumble of losses. You just have to learn how to find them.

Most of the original cast returns in this epic futuristic proclamation of man versus machine with the all-grown-up “Even Stevens” mischief brother Shia LeBeouf playing Sam Witwichy and the stunning Megan Fox playing his trusty sidekick/girlfriend, Mikaela Banes.

Elizabeth Tyler deemed him “The King of Pop.” Others know him as a musical genius, philanthropist and entrepreneur, although the name Wacko Jacko is equally synonymous with this hugely popular man. However, after viewing “This Is It,” the only word I could conjure was, “Wow.”
Kristi Skinner: Student, Mom, Wife, Belly Dancer

Senior Kristi Skinner juggles schoolwork, her family and the fine arts department while fitting in belly dancing. She definitely is the definition of enthusiasm, according to her professors.
“She is amazing,” Arts Professor Sharon Cox said. “She is a leader. She works at a medium until she has mastered it. She’s cool.”

Here is a great way to prevent this from happening. Though it may seem unusual and risky, trust me, it isn’t either. In fact, the turkey actually comes out moist with a burst of flavor. From the California Culinary Academy and recommended by several five-star cooks and radio show Kid Kraddick in the Morning, here is the turkey in a paper bag: recipe.

• 1 (12-16 lb) whole turkey

One of these quick conveniences we see more and more often around us, especially around campus, is the distribution and use of hand sanitizer. Though it is a quick and easy alternative to actually washing your hands, hand sanitizer comes with several dangers that must be considered before use.

She got her first tattoo, a lily on her right upper arm, when she was finally old enough at the age of 18. Ripley now has five tattoos total, all of which have important family meanings behind them.
